FHS 4 compete at State in Forensics

Friendswood Forensics (Speech & Debate) competed in El Paso, Texas at

the Texas Forensic Association State Meet March 5-7.

Students attending from FHS include Madelyn Warren, Natasha Wroblewski, Walton-Gray Martin and

Charles Yeager



Students compete against public and private schools and students qualify

for State by winning multiple times at regular season meets starting in

September. All four FHS students advanced in the competition.

Individual results were the following: Madelyn Warren &

Natasha Wroblewski reached the semi-finals in DomesticExtemp–they tied

for 16th place out of 99 students.

Walton-Gray Martin ranked 31st out of 102 students in Foreign Extemp.

Charles Yeager ranked 36 out of 144 students competing in Impromptu
