Young Inventor’s Showcase

The 28th Annual Young Inventor’s Showcase of Houston was held Saturday, May 21st at the University of Houston. Over 100 students from Kindergarten through Eighth Grade displayed and presented their innovative inventions to be judged.
Judging was by the Young Inventors Association Of America (YIAA). This event demonstrates the innovative thinking and creative ideas of children from around the Greater Houston Area. Prizes and Awards included ‘Patent Prosecutions’.
Claire Howard and Madelyn Munz were invited to participate in this event. Both girls represented Bales Intermediate, Claire Howard with her invention "Pet Off", and Madelyn with her invention "Cool It Now".
