As we have continued to process the problems created by Ticket Tracker’s sale of seasons tickets this year, it has become clear that there are issues with several aspects of the process including over sale of the same seats and under sale of others. Because of these issues, Ticket Tracker ticket cards from last year (white card with blue lettering) and the ones recently sent (picture of stadium background) will be accepted at the gate for entry to the stadium. Orange colored cards issued by the District to those who have been to the Athletic office for some type of correction will also be accepted at the entry gate.

Please sit in the assigned seat listed on the card you bring for entry. However, if the seats assigned to you are filled, there will be ushers at the stadium with master lists to help get you in the correct seat(s), or to be sure you have a reserved seat for Friday night’s game. We ask for your patience with these ushers and your fellow Mustang fans as we work through this issue. If all can work together to get in a seat, I am sure you will enjoy a great game, enthusiastic cheerleaders, and a top notch performance from our Mustang Band and Drill team at half time. Those are the reasons we all come to Henry Winston Stadium.

We are working with the vendor to get a final resolution that can finalize the season ticket cards. We will roll this out prior to the next home game.

Again, we apologize for this situation. Much of this problem has been beyond our scope of control. The Athletic Dept. Office at Friendswood High School is set up to handle ticket issues and questions today and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There will also be a table set up at the game on Friday vs. Texas City at the home side entry gate beginning at 6:00 p.m. to rectify ticket issues you might have. Thank you for your patience.

Sincerely,
Robert Koopmann, Athletic Director
