NAHS collecting food to feed breakfast to young children in need

The National Art Honor Society at Friendswood High School is collecting food donations for children who are too young to qualify for free breakfasts provided by the government.

The organization that they will send food to targets children in the inner city Houston area.  Art students in the club are trying to collect food items to donate before Thanksgiving.

All items can be brought to any of the art rooms, 421,422 & 423 or dropped off at the receptionist desk at FHS.  Please put food in a box or bag and label it for The Art Club at FHS.

These are the things that are needed: juice boxes, fruit cups, canned goods, granola bars, Easy Mac, rice, beans, peanut butter, jelly, stuffing, gravy, pasta, sauce, tuna, shelf-life milk, soup/stews, hot/cold cereals and crackers.
