Friendswood Forensics medal in first tournament

Forensics-TournFriendswood Forensics (FHS Speech and Debate team) competed on September 18 and 19 in their first tournament of the year and had great results.

The team placed third in the Grand Sweepstakes out of 25 schools.

Walton-Gray Martin won third place in International Extemp & 10th place in Congressional Debate.

Kennedy Bateman won sixth place in Oration.

Nicholas Jeffcoat won second place and Kevin Dupris Fifth place in Impromtu.

James Barr won second place, Quincy Reynolds third and Aleah Thomas 4th place in Novice Extemp.

Quincy Reynolds placed second in LD Debate and second place as LD Debate Speaker.

Christopher Bluth and Nicholas Jeffcoat won third place in Novice Public Forum Debate.
