FHS UIL One Act Play wins District

Oap-District-WinThursday March 24 FHS UIL One Act Play traveled to Dickinson High School to compete in the District 24 6A UIl Academic- One Act Play Contest against the 7 schools of District 24 6A.  Grapes of Wrath – Kathy Powdrell Director

Grapes of Wrath     Receiving  3 – first places from Judge’s panel
Dickinson HS advanced and Clear Creek HS advanced.

Best Actress: Senior, Madeline Rhew for her role of Ma Joad
All Star Cast: Bodie Lowe, Senior for the role of Jim Casey
Honorable mention All Star Cast: Katie Sharp, Junior for the role of Rose of Sharon

Bi District will be Saturday, April 2 at Dickinson High School.  FHS will Perform as Play #6.

The contest will begin at 1:30 and plays will run back to back.  There is no late seating. Tickets $10.00 at the door.
