"Please join Toby, Jon, Derek, Nishi and I in celebrating the following students who placed at SkillsUSA district contests and qualified for state (1st & 2nd places go to compete, 3rd & 4th places go to take technical tests).  Students competed over the past two weeks at Alvin Community College, Texas City High School and Texas State Technical College in Rosenberg.  State contest will be held April 4-7 in Corpus Christi.  We're still waiting on full scoresheets to be uploaded, so we may have a few more 4th place students who will qualify," said Al Tag SkillsUSA Advisor.
