Many of the important events covered center around graduation and commencement activities.
Listed at the right is a schedule of these activities.

This year we are implementing an online sign up program called SignUpGenious. Please go through the FHS website to sign up. Portrait dates are as follows: August 7, 8, 9 (12-8pm), August 10 (12-6pm) & 21, 22, 23 (4-8pm) at Friendswood High School. Chadwick Photography will be taking all senior portraits for the yearbook. A studio will be set up on our campus for these days. No money is needed at the time you take your pictures. All proofs will be posted on Chadwick Photography’s website Pictures must be made with Chadwick Photography for the yearbook. Having all seniors’ pictures made by one photographer insures the same lighting background, which is essential for yearbook purposes. There will be cap & gown photos taken of each senior. Chadwick Photography will provide a cap and gown and stole for the pictures. Portraits are not full length.

Girls MUST wear a nice blouse or a dressy top (tops must cover all undergarments).

Boys MUST wear a starched dress shirt and a tie (a suit or sports coat if possible).

Things to remember: Don’t forget to bring your senior ring and letterman jacket (photos will be taken with each for those who bring them). Chadwick Photography will have extra ties available, please only sign up for an appointment time you are able to make. Chadwick Photography will be back at Friendswood High School for retakes on September 4, 5, 6 (4-8pm), October 9, 10, 11 (4-8pm), November 7, 8 (4-8pm). You may retake as many times as you would like. If you want your student’s picture in the yearbook, Chadwick Photography must take the photo. You may select which picture (proof number required; dress photo only) and turn into Chadwick Photography by November 30, 2018. No exceptions can be made.

Chadwick Photography will also be taking Fall Sports Pictures (dates and times will be given to each team).

Seniors will place their order for caps and gowns on the day of registration. Cash, credit card, and check (payable to Balfour Company) will be accepted. The cost of the class stole, cap and gown are $57.00 (plus tax). This amount is due when the order for the cap and gown is placed. This amount covers a souvenir class stole, cap, tassel and gown.
